Fixed Price Proactive Support is a fundamental shift in the I.T. industry. It is a model that places emphasis on detailed monitoring and preventative maintenance with the goal of keeping a business’s computers and servers up and running by preventing most problems before they occur. You pay one fixed monthly fee for monitoring, scheduled maintenance, and technical support for every system on your network.
We have always said that our goal is to keep our clients’ networks up and running with very little downtime—we prefer to make money by adding capabilities or upgrading your network, not by fixing broken networks. By offering Fixed Price Proactive Support, we are putting our money where our mouth is. Instead of being paid to fix things when something goes wrong, we want to be paid to keep things working. If something breaks, we absorb the cost to fix it—you don’t pay extra. We believe it is the best way to align the financial goals of your company with the financial goals of your I.T. company.
